The building is planned in the area of the renewed coastal strip in Ashkelon, in a triangular corner lot.
On the wide ground floor, a commercial floor with a public front facing two streets is planned. Above the commercial floor, in the western corner of the building, a 4-story office building is planned, the entire front of which is covered with vertical shutters that provide a different level of exposure to the inside of the building as the outside observer moves around it.
Shutters frame the view from the inside, regulate the amount of sun that penetrates the offices and give a clean and uniform look to the building.
