The building is planned in the heart of the Migdal neighborhood in Ashkelon, the city's oldest urban-commercial area.
The building is a corner building with a continuous facade of commerce on the ground floor and residential on the upper floors.
The first living floor above the commercial is designed as a partial floor so that half of it is open to the open air and can be used by the building's occupants for leisure activities and allow them outdoor activities in an open and protected area in the heart of a busy commercial area.
