Two residential buildings in the entrance to a new neighborhood. The buildings were designed to take advantage of the full building rights, to be simple to build, and to allow a communal interaction between its residents and a high quality of living in every apartment .
Each building has a residents club and a communal yard as part of the demands from the municipality, in addition a wide atrium passing through all levels, and is naturally lit. The arrangement of the plan places 5 apartments in each floor, maintains views from every balcony to the street and creates a generous public space.
The building includes garden flats, penthouses and 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
