Work Title

The building is planned in the heart of the Migdal neighborhood in Ashkelon, the city's oldest urban-commercial area. The design produces the look of a classic urban block with a continuous commercial facade on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors.
The entrance to the living area passes through a courtyard raised on the roof of the commercial floor that creates a community space for the building's occupants and allows for an open and protected green space in the heart of a bustling commercial area.
