A compact residential building is planned on the foundations of an old Jerusalem house from the beginning of the previous century. The back facade of the house was announced for preservation. In the new design it functions as a buffer between the street and the bedrooms, with a small courtyard that opens behind one of it's windows.

In the main facade, facing Tverya st. the exterior functions of the building are exposed. The exterior staircase meets the unit's balconies, creating an active versatile facade, reaching from the street to the interior of each apartment.
